To play the game, you need to click and drag number tiles to combine them with adjacent tiles. If the two tiles have different numbers, they will add together. If they have the same number, combining them will destroy them both. The goal is to remove all the tiles without getting stuck with any remaining. If you do get stuck, you can press the R key to restart and try again.
